Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. This fully remote, full‑time role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, ensuring efficiency and high quality throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
