About the role

Alfred Holdings is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive revenue growth by attracting high‑quality, revenue‑generating professionals across its key market platforms. This role blends traditional recruitment with a business‑development mindset, focusing on passive candidates and strategic headhunting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach top‑tier revenue‑generating talent across insurance, credit, holiday, and real‑estate sectors.
• Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, industry networks, and direct outreach.
• Pitch Alfred Holdings’ value proposition to prospective candidates and convert interest into interviews and hires.
• Assess candidates from both recruitment and commercial perspectives, evaluating portfolios, relationships, and revenue potential.
• Continuously map competitors and industry trends to source high‑performing individuals and teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or headhunting, preferably within revenue‑driven industries.
• Strong business development orientation with the ability to sell opportunities to passive candidates.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long‑term candidate relationships.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership, including the Group Managing Director.
