About the role

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to support its rapid global expansion. The role focuses on hiring for corporate and business functions such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for open positions, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines.
• Maintain recruiting databases with accurate and timely information.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and community engagement.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a top‑tier internet company or agency.
• Experience hiring for business or corporate roles in Web3 or crypto environments is a plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish fluency required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and manage multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building, and consulting skills.
• Independent work style with a positive attitude toward crypto.
