Talent Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Talent & Culture to lead our talent partnering agenda across the business in Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, organisational health and business performance, translating strategy into practical, impactful actions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture squads to embed the Talent & Culture agenda across local markets and regional functions.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of the talent lifecycle, including development, performance, learning, employee experience and organisational health.
• Lead the deployment of AI enablement initiatives by rolling out learning, talent and ways‑of‑working programs designed by the central team.
• Own and monitor organisational health using data and insights, providing recommendations and action plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Talent Partners, fostering a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Experience and Culture enablement.
• Proven experience in a talent or business partnering model, working with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle and ability to translate strategy into business impact.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and people‑leadership skills.
• Tech‑savvy with interest or experience in AI‑enabled people practices and digital tools.
