Talent / Influencer Manager – Dubai

About the role

Maison Pyramide is looking for a Talent / Influencer Manager in Dubai to oversee the strategic management and growth of Ego & East's talents. The manager ensures each talent's brand identity, positioning and collaborations align with their long-term goals, managing a roster of up to 15 talents.

Key responsibilities

• Check each talent's inbox daily, pursue potential collaborations and keep daily contact through dedicated WhatsApp groups.
• Schedule weekly or bi-monthly calls where relevant and track pending deliverables.
• Identify strategic opportunities and brand alignments for each talent and develop tailored plans of action.
• Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish and build detailed campaign reports with performance analysis and recommendations.
• Handle all talent communications, including emails, calls and meetings with clients and partners.
• Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PR and marketing teams and work cross-functionally with the wider Maison Pyramide team.
• Attend events, shoots and activations to strengthen talent visibility.
• Stay updated on trends in fashion and lifestyle markets, conduct market research and provide reports to internal teams and management.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the influencer and social media landscape.
• Existing strong network of industry peers, with a willingness to grow it.
• Natural flair for negotiating brand deals on behalf of talents while upholding the brand ethos.
