Talent Manager

About the role

The Talent Manager will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of talent management processes across Keolis.MHI in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Deputy Director – HR, the role ensures effective talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing and UAE National development initiatives are aligned with the overall HR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Director – HR in translating HR and talent strategy into annual priorities and initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and enhance talent management frameworks, tools and guidelines.
• Drive the organisation’s Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations on talent priorities, succession risks and development needs.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design career pathways and development frameworks.
• Implement Emiratization initiatives in line with the company’s people strategy.
• Monitor and control budgets for talent management programmes.
• Partner with managers, the Training Manager and Recruitment to translate talent needs into learning interventions and internal mobility opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management, succession planning or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence organisational talent decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using talent data to drive recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
