Talent Manager

About the role

The Investment and Development Office of Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Manager – Talent to support the delivery of its talent agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management and Organisational Effectiveness. The role will contribute to the execution of IDO’s HR strategy by supporting the implementation of talent and performance frameworks, governance requirements and transformation initiatives across IDO and its entities.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of IDO’s talent strategy across Talent Management, Performance Management and Organisational Effectiveness.
• Coordinate performance management activities, including KPI setting, reviews, calibration, promotions and improvement plans.
• Prepare dashboards and data‑driven insights to aid leadership decisions on succession, capability and workforce readiness.
• Manage the annual succession planning cycle and maintain the high‑potential talent pool.
• Partner with SOE HR heads to ensure governance compliance and continuous improvement of talent practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred.
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in talent and performance programmes within multi‑entity organisations.
• Proven expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management and Organisational Effectiveness, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management and project‑management capabilities.
