About the role
A leading holding group in the UAE is hiring an experienced Talent Manager to lead talent development, Learning & Development (L&D), performance management and Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management and development strategies.
- Lead L&D programmes, training needs assessments and employee capability development.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPI frameworks and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee LMS administration, implementation and effectiveness.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development and talent reviews.
- Analyse learning and performance metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent initiatives with organisational objectives.
Required profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management, L&D and Performance Management.
- Proven expertise in employee development, succession planning and learning strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and performance management frameworks.
