Talent Manager - L&D and Performance

About the role

A leading holding group in the UAE is hiring an experienced Talent Manager to lead talent development, Learning & Development (L&D), performance management and Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management and development strategies.
• Lead L&D programmes, training needs assessments and employee capability development.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPI frameworks and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee LMS administration, implementation and effectiveness.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development and talent reviews.
• Analyse learning and performance metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent initiatives with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management, L&D and Performance Management.
• Proven expertise in employee development, succession planning and learning strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and performance management frameworks.
