About the role

The Tandem Mill Pulpit Operator is responsible for overseeing the pulpit area of a rolling mill in Abu Dhabi. This position ensures smooth, efficient production by controlling rolling parameters, speed, and product dimensions while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor the tandem mill pulpit to achieve production targets.
Control rolling parameters, production speed, and product dimensions.
Monitor equipment performance and respond promptly to any operational issues.
Coordinate with mill operators, maintenance, and production teams to minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required profile

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industrial or rolling‑mill environment.
ITI or Diploma qualification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
