Tax Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead the development and implementation of Harris Pye’s global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax obligations across all operating jurisdictions. You will work closely with finance, operations, external advisers and tax authorities to translate complex tax issues into practical business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Group’s global tax strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and oversee a robust tax governance framework and ensure adherence to Group policies.
• Provide strategic tax advice to senior management and support the Board on key tax matters.
• Monitor international tax legislation, assess impact, and devise planning strategies to optimise tax positions.
• Coordinate tax audits, manage disputes and act as the primary liaison with tax authorities.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in international taxation, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience in translating complex tax concepts into actionable business solutions.
