Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax and VAT Specialist to lead tax compliance, planning and advisory functions for a diversified UAE‑based holding group operating in property development, real estate investment and hospitality. The role will ensure alignment with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and support strategic initiatives across multiple subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee UAE Corporate Tax compliance and file returns with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
• Prepare tax reporting, provisions and disclosures in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead tax planning initiatives, advising on transaction structuring, new projects and business expansions.
• Ensure transfer pricing compliance and maintain supporting documentation.
• Manage tax audits, regulatory correspondence and coordinate with external advisors.
• Implement robust tax governance and risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CTA (preferred).
• 4‑6 years of corporate tax experience, preferably within diversified groups or a Big 4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
• Experience working in a real‑estate investment company.
