Tax Technology & Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

EY MENA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) practice in Dubai. The role combines deep tax expertise with technology and change management to deliver end‑to‑end transformation for corporate, indirect tax and accounting compliance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary workstreams from initiation through stabilization, covering process redesign, data & analytics, solution architecture, AI enablement and change adoption.
• Drive governance, solution design, analytics delivery, e‑Invoicing transformation and AI‑enabled use cases.
• Coach and manage project teams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes across requirements gathering, testing, deployment and user adoption.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic client‑facing leader.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in tax transformation, tax technology, finance/compliance transformation or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation programs and workstreams.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience delivering e‑Invoicing, digital tax reporting and AI/GenAI‑enabled business capabilities.
• Relevant professional credentials in tax, project/program management, architecture, data/AI or change management.
