Teacher Trainer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Teacher Trainer who is fluent in Arabic to deliver high‑impact training for K‑12 educators in English Language Arts or Mathematics. You will help teachers adopt our curriculum materials and digital tools, ensuring effective classroom implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for K‑12 teachers, both online and onsite.
• Develop, customize, and regularly update training materials, presentations, and resources.
• Tailor training content to address product implementation, classroom management, and educator soft‑skill development.
• Revise and create new course materials to align with current educational standards and best practices.
• Stay informed on the latest K‑12 education trends, research, and innovative practices.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to promote educational products.
• Build and maintain relationships with educators, school administrators, and key decision‑makers.
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven teaching or training experience in K‑12 English Language Arts (ELA) or Mathematics.
• Strong understanding of relevant curriculum standards (e.g., CCSS, NGSS, national curricula, CEFR).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to travel for onsite training and adapt to short‑notice requirements.
• High empathy, cultural awareness, and resilience under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
