Technical Trainer – Hands‑on X‑ray Systems Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Trainer to deliver practical, engineering‑focused training on Rapiscan X‑ray inspection systems across the Middle East. This is a field‑based position where you will work directly with operators, engineers and service teams to ensure they can install, operate and maintain complex equipment safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, practical training on Rapiscan X‑ray systems to customers and service personnel.
• Teach system operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Support Entry Into Service (EIS) activities and new system deployments.
• Develop and continuously update technical training materials in line with product releases.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports and documentation.
• Assist with product roll‑outs and on‑site technical support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Technical or Systems Trainer.
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Middle East.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Experience with electromechanical systems.
• Understanding of software and systems integration.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
