Teaching Assistant for Early Childhood Education

About the role
The Teaching Assistant will support the classroom teacher in delivering a high‑quality, child‑centred early education program. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the holistic development of children.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities, lesson preparation, and classroom management.
- Support children’s physical, socio‑emotional and language development through diverse activities.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, feeding and toileting needs are met for each child.
- Prepare materials, organise displays, and conduct daily risk assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, training workshops and collaborative planning.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor in Education or English/Arabic language preferred.
- At least 1 year of similar experience (2‑3 years desired).
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and curriculum development.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organisational skills for classroom resource management.
