About the role
This full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role in Dubai supports classroom teachers in delivering EYFS-aligned lessons and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers by preparing learning materials and organising classroom activities.
- Work directly with children in small groups or one‑on‑one, assisting with behaviour management and reinforcing literacy and numeracy concepts.
- Supervise children during transitions, playtime, and outings while maintaining a tidy, safe classroom.
- Collaborate with educators to track student progress, provide feedback, and support communication with families.
Required profile
- Cache Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
