About the role
The Team Lead – Quality will oversee quality assurance and control for an offshore island EPC project in Abu Dhabi, working from the contractor’s office.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate quality activities across the offshore island project.
- Ensure compliance with EPC contract specifications and standards.
- Manage quality documentation and reporting for a mega‑project exceeding US$1 billion.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 12 years in execution of EPC contracts.
- 5 + years experience on artificial island projects.
- 5 + years in a similar senior quality role on mega EPC projects (>$1 billion).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
