Team Lead – Secondary Markets – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

Bonaparte Real Estate, a luxury boutique brokerage in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to head its secondary markets team. You will personally close high‑value transactions while coaching brokers to achieve top performance.

Key responsibilities

• Close high‑value secondary market deals personally.
• Lead by example, setting performance standards for the team.
• Coach and motivate brokers to maximise sales results.
• Track team KPIs, pipeline, and targets.
• Support brokers during viewings, negotiations, and closings.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and one‑to‑ones.
• Secure exclusive listings and premium mandates.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and AML/KYC regulations.
• Report performance and market trends to Greenbull Group leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high‑value secondary market deals in the UAE.
• Strong leadership ability to attract and develop top‑performing brokers.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s communities, pricing, and regulatory environment.
• Polished, discreet, and credible with demanding clients.

Required skills

• Experience with UAE real‑estate regulations (RERA, DLD, AML/KYC).
