About the role

One&Only is hiring a Team Leader for Maison Devoille, a refined and sophisticated dining venue. The role leads and inspires the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service, oversees daily operations and ensures service standards are consistently maintained. It is based in a fast-paced environment and works closely with management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service in a refined dining environment
• Oversee daily operations and maintain consistent service standards
• Support the team in creating memorable experiences for every guest
• Work closely with management on colleague training and performance coaching
• Contribute to operational excellence and act as a role model for professionalism, teamwork and genuine hospitality

Required profile

• Experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for luxury service
• Confident in guiding and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
• Guest-focused, highly organised and able to anticipate operational needs
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
