Team Leader – NG Operations

About the role

The Team Leader, NG Operations will direct and manage the daily activities of the CNG & Hydrogen Operations department across the UAE. The role ensures safe, economical, and timely distribution of CNG to service stations and customer sites while optimizing resource utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor CNG & Hydrogen operations, providing training and mentorship to team members.
• Manage Gas Purchase Agreements, joint meter‑reading, GRNs and calibration of custody‑transfer equipment.
• Ensure product quality meets company distribution guidelines and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop, implement and maintain operational standards, procedures and specifications in line with industry best practices.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, approve shutdowns and verify compliance with safety and PTW procedures.
• Stay current with international developments in natural gas, CNG technology and trailer operations, and benchmark best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing CNG or Hydrogen operations.
• Strong knowledge of gas purchase agreements, meter‑reading and custody‑transfer equipment calibration.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor operational staff.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, PTW procedures and international gas industry standards.
