Team Leader – Secondary Market

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to head our Secondary Market division in Dubai. The successful candidate will bring an existing, high‑performing team of real‑estate agents and drive immediate growth in sales and listings.

Key responsibilities

• Join the brokerage with an existing team of secondary‑market agents.
• Lead, manage and develop the team to exceed sales targets.
• Acquire exclusive listings and boost transaction volumes.
• Maintain high productivity, performance and client satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor agents to improve conversion rates.
• Design and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline and overall sales performance.
• Support agents in negotiations and closing high‑value deals.
• Build relationships with property owners, investors and market stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real‑estate experience, focused on the secondary market.
• At least 2 years of proven team‑leadership experience.
• Active, productive team of agents ready to transition.
• Demonstrated record of sales, listings and revenue generation in Dubai.
• Strong network of property owners, investors and industry contacts.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• RERA certification preferred.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
