Team Leader Waste Management

About the role

The Team Leader Waste Management will oversee daily waste‑management operations, ensuring efficient use of manpower and resources while delivering high‑quality service to clients. This role combines hands‑on operational duties with people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower deployed at the site.
• Guarantee timely execution of waste‑management services.
• Effectively allocate resources and schedule duties, overtime, and leave for subordinates.
• Liaise with clients on all matters related to waste‑management services.
• Mobilize the team during emergencies and perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Participate in daily operations, including driving a 3‑ton pickup truck as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant waste‑management experience.
• Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) mandatory; Higher Secondary (12th Standard) desirable.
• Physically fit to perform field duties.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Technical problem‑solving ability.
