Technical Account Manager – OpenShift (Remote, Dubai)

About the role

Red River is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) specialized in Red Hat OpenShift to support a select group of key customers in Dubai. Working remotely, you will provide hands‑on technical and architectural guidance, act as the primary point of contact for major incidents, and help customers maximise the value of their OpenShift deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business and IT stakeholders, becoming the trusted expert on each customer’s OpenShift implementation.
• Conduct technical reviews, share best practices, and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Advise customers on upcoming technology changes, mitigation strategies, and future Red Hat product road‑maps.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems, coordinate escalations with Red Hat engineering and product teams, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present periodic operational performance reviews to customer leadership.
• Document use cases, maintain up‑to‑date case records, and develop customer engagement plans.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering enterprise‑level support for container platforms, preferably OpenShift.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage expectations during critical incidents.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
