About the role
The Technical Advisor will lead the delivery of hydraulic stimulation and multistage fracturing solutions for both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. This senior position supports business development, technology deployment and continuous improvement across the eastern Hemisphere.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of hydraulic stimulation, fracture design, simulation, execution support and post‑fracture evaluation.
- Prepare technical proposals, engineering studies and customer solutions for business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with reservoir, drilling, completions and production teams to optimise well performance.
- Support deployment and commercialisation of NOV stimulation technologies across the region.
- Conduct investigations, performance analysis and lessons‑learned activities to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- PETROLEUM ENGINEERING degree.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience on international projects.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing and stimulation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
