Technical Engineer – Interior Decorative Metal Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Engineer to lead the execution and installation of decorative metal, glass, and aluminium interior works for a leading interiors and decorative solutions company in Dubai. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing installation teams, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution and installation of decorative metal and related interior works on site.
• Coordinate daily activities between site teams, production, and other project stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, calculations and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship and quality.
• Track project progress, plan manpower, allocate responsibilities and keep works aligned with schedules.
• Prepare site documentation, progress reports and support project billing.

Required profile

• 10+ years of UAE site experience in interior decorative metal, glass or aluminium sector.
• 3–5 years in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Project Manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong decision‑making ability and capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
