Technical Lead – DevSecOps

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – DevSecOps to design, implement, automate and manage secure, scalable Kubernetes‑based infrastructure for our client in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, platform reliability and the adoption of DevSecOps best practices across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, configuration and ongoing management of Kubernetes clusters, including RKE2 and GPU Operator workloads.
• Perform advanced root‑cause analysis and incident resolution for cluster, networking, storage and resource utilization issues.
• Manage Rancher platform – provisioning, access control, monitoring and lifecycle operations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps and drive GitOps adoption with Argo CD or Flux.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant hands‑on experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, Kubernetes engineering and platform operations.
• Relevant certifications (CKA, CKS, CKAD) are a plus.

Required skills

• Kubernetes administration, architecture and production troubleshooting.
• Rancher management and RKE2 installation, configuration and upgrades.
• NVIDIA GPU Operator deployment and support on RKE2 clusters.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• GitOps principles and tools: Argo CD, Flux.
• Istio service mesh concepts.
