Technical Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep and performance of ANPR, ELV, and CCTV systems across several locations. The role ensures that all security and parking technologies run smoothly, with minimal downtime, while complying with technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for ANPR, ELV, and CCTV installations.
• Maintain high system uptime and provide rapid resolution of technical issues.
• Supervise a team of technicians and manage subcontractor activities.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new security and parking solutions.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, ANPR, access control, barriers, and related ELV components.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, performance logs, and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience with ELV, CCTV, and ANPR systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP‑based surveillance, networking, and parking management systems.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and managing site operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
