Technical Manager - Aviation Assets

About the role

ENOC EPPCO Aviation is looking for a Technical Manager in Dubai. The role ensures that the integrity of all aviation-owned and managed assets meets international standards, covering assets fully owned by the company (DIA-ITP, Snake pipeline including BPS and Fujairah) and third-party assets managed by ENOC (Minhad Air Base and the Falcon pipeline). It also provides technical support to industry locations such as JIFF, DWC Fuel Farm and Owel IJIP.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) across the organization and act as technical lead, including custodianship of technical documentation and updates to meet changing standards.
• Ensure assets operate within design life and performance parameters, seek life extension where safe, and oversee safe, environmentally friendly decommissioning.
• Oversee maintenance at aviation facilities (fuel handling, fire-fighting and safety systems) and at the Snake and Falcon pipelines, reviewing breakdown reports and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor pipeline cathodic protection, coordinate maintenance with fuel terminals so pipelines stay running, and handle third-party violation cases near pipelines.
• Keep pipeline control and automation systems available, and lead information security activities including compliance with ENOC's data classification standard and reporting of security incidents.
• Prepare operating and capital expense budgets for maintenance, manage vendors and tenders, and identify continuous improvement projects.
