Technical Product Manager – AI, Computer Vision & Robotics

About the role

Join Emirates Group’s Technical Product Management team to lead the creation of AI‑driven computer vision and robotics solutions. You will shape product vision, guide technical product owners, and ensure delivery of high‑impact features that improve automation, safety, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for AI, computer vision and robotics products, translating business needs into scalable technical features.
• Lead a team of Technical Product Owners, breaking down initiatives into MVP‑focused backlog items.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, service management and external vendors to balance backlogs, manage technical debt, and meet non‑functional requirements.
• Participate in sprint and program increment (PI) demos, preparing visual release notes and driving adoption through Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Maintain data quality in the product catalogue and analyse post‑delivery metrics to continuously improve usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in AI, computer vision or robotics domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe PI planning processes.
• Ability to mentor and develop Technical Product Owners.
