Technical Product Manager

About the role

Augmentedera is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead delivery across multiple digital products, ranging from mature, interconnected platforms to brand‑new builds. The role bridges business and engineering, translating stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and guiding them through release.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several products and projects simultaneously, from requirements gathering to release.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders (Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Management) to define priorities.
• Convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and integration details.
• Use AI tools to create mockups and working prototypes for early testing.
• Check system dependencies and impacts before changes go live.
• Run agile delivery in Jira or Linear, handling backlog, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work day‑to‑day with remote developers and engineers.
• Leverage AI agents and automation to improve planning, documentation, testing, and delivery.
• Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders and use data to measure results and set priorities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or technical project management.
• Background in e‑commerce or fintech platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and vibe coding (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable).
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Practical experience with AI agents and AI‑driven coding tools.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Agile workflow expertise using Jira or Linear.
• Experience collaborating with remote engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Figma for mockups.
