- Ensure technical debt, non-functional requirements and system enablers are captured and cascaded to team backlogs.
- Take part in sprint demos, prepare system demos and visual release notes, and run Inspect & Adapt workshops to drive adoption.
- Own the quality and integrity of the data in the Product Catalogue and identify risks and dependencies.
- Define a methodology for analysing target metrics and value after each PI, and develop and mentor technical product owners.
- Drive partnerships with product vendors, minimise bespoke customisation and influence business process changes to best use vendor-supplied products.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of business processes and their translation into technical requirements.
- Experience managing competing priorities and working across architecture, integrations and enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and demonstrated ability in team development and coaching.

- Proficiency in modern product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Miro and Confluence.
- Backlog planning frameworks.
