Technical Product Owner - HR Technologies

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of HR‑related digital solutions across its Group Services portfolio. You will own the product vision for core Human Capital Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Case Management and Learning Experience platforms, ensuring they deliver value to global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain story content, acceptance criteria and sign‑off for all backlog items, ensuring readiness for Program Increments.
• Capture and prioritize technical debt, non‑functional requirements, BAU, ceremonies and spikes within team capacity.
• Prepare and present contributions to PI demos and collaborate with other Product Owners.
• Maintain feature quality, identify risks and dependencies, and feed them back to the product portfolio backlog.
• Define metrics to measure success of delivered work and propose further BAU iterations.
• Participate in PI Planning and other Product Management meetings, and help grow a community of Product Owners.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with at least 5 years of IT or related experience.
• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager delivering large‑scale initiatives in a Scaled Agile environment.
• Certified in Global Product frameworks (CSPO, SAFe, PSPO) and ability to lead RFP processes with external vendors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with peers, stakeholders and teams.
