Technical Program Manager – Applications

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex enterprise application workstreams in Abu Dhabi. You will own end‑to‑end delivery across implementation, modernization, integration, testing, deployment and transition, coordinating multiple technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple enterprise application workstreams, managing plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate application teams, architects, integration, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing teams and external vendors.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from requirements and design through SIT, UAT, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Govern third‑party vendors and system integrators against scope, milestones and quality standards.
• Drive resolution of complex technical and cross‑workstream delivery issues.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, governance and quality standards.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies and required decisions.
• Oversee transition and hand‑over of applications into BAU/support operations.

Required profile

• 14+ years of IT project/program management experience with a focus on enterprise application delivery.
• Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager, Senior Technical Project Manager or equivalent.
• Experience leading large‑scale application implementation, modernization or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of the full application delivery lifecycle and cross‑technology dependencies.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholder groups.
