Technical Recruiter – AI Hiring Tool (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and blends deep technical expertise with talent‑acquisition strategy to deliver scalable, bias‑aware hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise machine‑learning models to improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases and third‑party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and machine‑learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in recruitment.
