Technical Recruiter - Civil Construction

About the role

NexRevo Global, a consulting and workforce solutions company, is looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter for civil construction in Dubai. The role supports technical recruitment and manpower supply for construction projects in the UAE, sourcing engineers, supervisors, skilled workers and other construction personnel and coordinating with candidates, clients and manpower supply agencies in India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for civil construction, infrastructure and manpower supply needs.
• Sourcing candidates such as Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, MEP Engineers, HSE professionals, Foremen, Supervisors and skilled workers.
• Coordinate with manpower supply agencies and recruitment partners across India for bulk hiring.
• Screen CVs, make initial calls, assess experience and shortlist profiles for client review.
• Verify project experience, including high-rise buildings, infrastructure, roads and bridges, industrial projects and mega/giga developments.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate trackers, follow up on feedback and support offers and mobilization.
• Track availability, notice periods, salary expectations, current location and joining timelines.
• Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment partners and meet recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in technical recruitment, preferably civil construction, infrastructure or manpower supply.
• Practical understanding of construction job roles, terminology and project requirements.
• Experience recruiting for UAE-based construction projects and coordinating with Indian manpower agencies is highly preferred.
• Good communication, screening, coordination and follow-up skills; able to handle multiple vacancies and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment trackers and reports.
