Technical Recruiter

About the role

Raqmiyat is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of IT and technology positions in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, business heads and HR to define technical requirements and candidate expectations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct technical and competency‑based interviews, and validate notice periods, compensation expectations, visa status and availability.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future technical roles and support bulk or urgent hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, preferably within IT consulting, staffing, RPO or technology services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requirements, priorities and tight turnaround times.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Naukri/Foundit and other sourcing platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
