Technical Services Executive (MEA)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Executive to join Aman’s design team in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services, you will support the development and implementation of design projects, ensuring they meet Aman’s ultra‑luxury standards and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants, preparing agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Develop and monitor project and design program schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Manage information flows and data exchange between corporate, internal and external project teams.
• Assist in preparing project presentations, reports and maintain documentation such as drawing logs, review comments and approval records.
• Review and track consultant submissions, including drawings, reports and material boards.
• Participate in coordination meetings, providing design and technical guidance to uphold brand standards.
• Maintain the Smartsheet project management tool, updating schedules and tracking design documentation.
• Support on‑site coordination and attend site meetings as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as an architect, interior designer, design coordinator or similar role.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel, residence or resort project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivity.
