Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Nozomi Networks is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its Delivery department. You will provide post‑sales support, troubleshoot complex security issues and help improve internal processes while protecting critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver break‑fix, consulting and collaboration services to resolve technical issues for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service for infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification and optimisation.
• Interact with product and engineering teams to drive issue resolution.
• Develop deep competency across the full Nozomi Networks product portfolio.
• Create and update knowledge‑base content.
• Understand critical account infrastructure and deliver white‑glove treatment for high‑priority customers.
• Replicate customer issues in a lab environment before escalation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical support or systems engineering role.
• Background in network security, preferably in design, consultancy or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting and API integrations.
• Familiarity with common networking and security protocols and large‑scale security appliance deployments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under strict confidentiality and data‑privacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security projects.
