Technical Support Engineer – Middle East

About the role

Trimble is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers across the Middle East. You will help engineering and construction firms adopt advanced BIM workflows with Tekla Structures, ensuring they can deliver complex structural projects efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical and interoperability challenges for Tekla Structures on high‑impact regional projects.
• Deliver engaging technical training, onboarding programs, and specialized workshops to maximize customers' digital construction capabilities.
• Advise customers on best practices for structural modeling, steel and concrete detailing, fabrication, and BIM collaboration.
• Collaborate with global Trimble development and product teams to translate customer feedback into software enhancements and preventative solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Architecture, BIM, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures or comparable structural/BIM engineering software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong background in structural modeling, detailing, construction workflows, and technical problem‑solving.
