Technical Training Senior Manager

About the role

The Technical Training Senior Manager will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and safety training for Miral Experiences Technical Services teams. This role ensures that colleagues have the knowledge and competencies required to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and other trade‑specific tasks safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and conduct technical training sessions for internal technical services staff.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials such as presentations, workbooks, and e‑learning modules.
• Identify emerging training needs and create programs to address them.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage related logistics.
• Administer training records, track certifications, and ensure weekly updates of all documentation.
• Mentor and coach other trainers on content, delivery techniques, and best practices.
• Maintain a safe training environment in line with Miral’s standards and legal regulations.
• Assist the Technical Training Director with budget management and procurement of training tools, materials, and technologies.
