Technician 2 – Residences Maintenance

About the role

The Technician 2 will sustain assigned areas of the resort by performing routine and corrective maintenance across a wide range of systems, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical, mechanical, kitchen, painting, carpentry, audio‑visual, fire life‑safety, recreational water, MEP and ELV system maintenance and rectification.
• Perform condition‑based maintenance (CBM) and preventive maintenance (PPM) according to manufacturers’ guidelines and property SOPs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for room blocking, manage inventory, and prepare documentation.
• Lead the team in the absence of the team leader, train colleagues, and handle guest complaints related to maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, ensure tools are calibrated, and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in facilities maintenance trades.
• Diploma or trade school certification in a relevant field.
• Ability to work under pressure, in restricted access areas, and during emergencies.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to assist team members.
