Technician – Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Engineering Technician to join the facilities team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury beach‑side resort on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The role supports the maintenance and operation of the resort’s engineering systems to ensure a high standard of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the daily maintenance of hotel facilities, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective repairs.
• Support the preparation and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to address guest‑related technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or recent graduate with a background in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in hospitality engineering and willingness to work in a fast‑paced resort environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
