Technician - Passenger Vehicles

About the role

The Technician – Passenger Vehicles will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality servicing and repairs on all electrical components of commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses, following the manufacturer’s specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requests, analyse them with the supervisor/foreman and refine the diagnostic process.
• Perform electrical servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer recommendations and operating procedures.
• Communicate progress and results to the foreman, request assistance when needed and support other technicians.
• Observe all safety rules for equipment, instruments and products to prevent accidents.
• Carry out minor, non‑requested work that improves customer service.
• Diagnose electrical problems using blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogues.
• Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical/electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery or equipment.
• Adjust functional parts of electrical devices or control instruments using appropriate tools.
• Prepare tools and equipment, perform safety inspections and complete quality control documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in servicing electrical systems of commercial vehicles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and parts catalogues.
• Strong adherence to safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Effective communication with foremen and team members.
