Technician Supervisor – Gaming Technicians

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Technician Supervisor to lead its Gaming Technicians team for the upcoming integrated resort. The role involves overseeing maintenance and service of electronic gaming machines, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and Wynn Resorts standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of gaming technicians, handling service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor gaming machine performance, identify recurring issues and escalate as needed.
• Assign tasks and manage schedules to provide coverage across all shifts.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, coaching and technical guidance to team members.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, configuration records and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools and consumables.
• Support integration of new gaming platforms, cashless systems and digital interfaces.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering, IT or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years experience maintaining electronic gaming machines or related equipment.
• Previous lead or senior technician role within a regulated gaming environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as operational needs dictate.

Required skills

• Electronics and hardware troubleshooting.
• Software configuration and updates for gaming systems.
• Networking fundamentals for table game hardware.
• Maintenance of electronic gaming machines.
