Technician Vacancies – Marine & Shipbuilding

About the role

Aspire Manpower Services is organising a face‑to‑face recruitment drive in the UAE to fill a range of technician positions within the marine and shipbuilding sector. Candidates will be placed on various technical teams handling fabrication, maintenance and installation tasks on ships and offshore structures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialised tasks such as piping, welding, electrical installations, HVAC servicing and mechanical repairs on marine vessels.
• Carry out fabrication, sheet‑metal work, pipe‑fitting, rigging, scaffolding and tank cleaning as required by project schedules.
• Execute surface preparation, blasting, painting, and insulation works to meet quality standards.
• Support diesel engine maintenance, machining, carpentry and masonry activities on shipbuilding sites.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and supervisors to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the marine, shipbuilding or related heavy‑engineering environment.
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge relevant to the specific technician role applied for.
