Technicians Talent Pool

About the role

Dubai Holding is creating a Technicians Talent Pool to support its diverse operational assets, including theme parks, attractions, facilities and technical services across the Group. The pool will be used to fill future technical positions as they become available.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on rides, attractions, facilities and technical systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and safety inspections according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Ensure safe operation of all guest‑facing systems.
• Coordinate with operations teams, supervisors, vendors and manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation.
• Identify and report safety hazards in line with HSE requirements.
• Work shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications or trade training (mechanical, electrical, electronics or systems).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in theme parks, attractions, facilities maintenance, system integration or industrial operations.
• Trade licences or certifications in AVL, control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics or work at heights are desirable.
