Techno-Functional Consultant – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to support and optimise the Lease and Estate Management System (LEMS) and its integration with Oracle Fusion Financials. The role bridges Property Management, Leasing, Finance and IT, translating business requirements into effective system solutions across commercial, residential and mixed‑use portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end leasing processes including prospect management, unit allocation, lease creation, renewals, amendments, terminations and tenant move‑in/move‑out.
• Configure and maintain contracts, billing, tenant refunds, CAM/service charges and property expense allocation.
• Maintain LEMS master data, workflows, business rules, approval processes, roles and access controls.
• Support Oracle Fusion Financials integrations across GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition and Subledger Accounting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and vendors.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, data migration, integration testing, UAT, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports, reconcile system data and provide user training and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in property management systems, real‑estate technology or ERP environments.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with LEMS.
• Proven expertise in leasing, contract management, billing, tenant refunds, CAM/service charges and property expense configuration.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and ERP integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
