Technology Resilience Senior Analyst

About the role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Technology Resilience Senior Analyst to lead Business Impact Analysis, threat assessments, and resilience programme management. The role involves developing runbooks, testing exercises, and coordinating with technology risk teams to ensure robust recovery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Business Impact & Threat Assessments, defining technology BIA and evaluating top technology threats.
• Develop and coordinate testing & exercising, including annual training calendars and resilience exercises.
• Create and maintain runbooks and disruption management plans, aligning them with corporate incident response structures.
• Lead programme and stakeholder management, facilitating working group meetings, tracking milestones, and preparing management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
• 7–10 years overall experience with 5–7 years in technology resilience.
• ISO 22301 and Disaster Recovery certifications.
• Experience implementing ISO 22301, NCEMA standards, preferably in the aviation industry.
