Technology Resourcer Internship – Recruitment

About the role

Aventus, a leading recruitment consultancy in Dubai, is looking for a motivated Technology Resourcer Intern. This 3–6 month placement offers hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within the fast‑growing GCC technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Research technology companies, start‑ups, consultancies and market trends across the Middle East.
• Assist consultants in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for roles in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Identify talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and the Bullhorn CRM.
• Maintain and update candidate records in Bullhorn.
• Support outreach, availability checks, interview coordination and follow‑ups.
• Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, shortlists and internal reports.
• Draft job adverts and LinkedIn posts to attract technology talent.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in recruitment, technology, sales or business development.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable speaking with candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Required skills

• Bullhorn (recruitment CRM) proficiency.
